Okay So My Dumb ass blonde question of the day... When did British Columbia move from Cananda to Washington.. The one that has the D.C in it.. Not the one with Seattle with greys anatomy...Hmm.. I always thought it was Canada.. OH! AND WHEN DID CANADIANS BECOME FRENCH??!! WTF?!
