Just a few things

FIRST THING

Here is my first thing of business. ( Thats the saying right? .. Whatever) I did NOT want to get out of bed this morning. My alarm went off at 5: 10 this morning. I immediatly snoozed it. Yup! Nothing like a little procrastination to start off your day! I snoozed it 4 times until I finally decided to get up becuase I had to pee. Think I could go pee on my own? NO! So then I got pissed off and just got back into bed fully planning on using the "oh no my alarm didn't go off"' excuse until my mom wrote and said " GET UP".... Ugh and now I don't want to be at work. It is one of those days that I let everything... and I mean everything just pile up on the desk until I can no longer Blog Surf any longer and then I see everything and think to myself. " Well.... I guess I could work on all of that now...." And then I get back on the internet trying to find anything I can to entertain myself so that I can avoid working as long as I can.

SECOND THING

I am going to be getting a SIDEKICK next week. I havent wanted one for a really long time but now that I am on my way to go and get one I don't know which one to get. The older one is like 200 dollars cheaper the these newer ones so thats pretty sweet but I don't want to get a junk one if there is all new stuff and software. If anyone has a Sidekick will you let me know if you like it or not and if you have had problems with it or anything.

THIRD THING

Damion Maynard the guy who is walking across the US one mile for every soldier who has lost their life in Iraq. I met him yesterday at work. Sweet huh? This guy has been walking since November of 06. I talked to him for like 3 hours it was so cool to hear his story and about his journey. He even let me sign this journal of all the people he has met along his journey. I felt pretty awesome. He said that when he first started this he would walk with an American Flag but people kept stealing it so he gave up after 3 of them had been stolen. He said that he usually walks around 20 miles a day ... if hotels are willing to give him a free room then he tries to use that to get some rest and a shower but he said that he doesn't mind camping out at all he actually prefers it. He tried to join the Army but due to health problems he was un able to join. He wanted to do something that can show thanks and gratitude to the Men and Women of the Armed Forces. They gave their lives to give us our Freedom and he wanted to give his life if only for a few years to show thanks to them. I am so glad that I got the oppurtunity to talk to him and meet him. It was a very humbling experience for me and it gave me a reminder of to whom I owe my freedom too.

That's him!! He is so awesome!

ONE LAST THING JUST BECUASE I'M IN A PISS POOR MOOD AND I FEEL LIKE BEING A "B"

It really and I mean really pisses me off when the salary employees walk around the office letting the hourly employees know that " I don't have to work tomorrow becuase for me its a paid holiday becuase I am on salary"

......

I just wondered where you are at. I met Damion too and he stayed at my house one night. I am in Utah and he was headed tward Albaqure, and I don't know if he made it. He was going over some really rough terrain. So I just wonder if he is safe.
